Of Counsel to Federman Steifman LLP, Ms. Dougherty's practice focuses on all aspects of corporate and real estate transactions including acquisition and disposition, financing, development and commercial leasing.

Prior to joining Federman Steifman LLP, Ms. Dougherty was of counsel to the Real Estate Group in the New York office of Wolf Block LLP and associated with the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
