Lisa Virelli is Of Counsel in the New York office of Federman Steifman LLP. Ms. Virelli’s practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of retail, mixed-use, multi-family residential, office and industrial properties throughout the United States. Ms. Virelli has extensive experience representing borrowers, institutional lenders, investment banks and private equity firms in connection with real estate loan originations, workouts and modifications.
Prior to joining Federman Steifman LLP, Ms. Virelli was an associate in the Real Estate Department at Paul, Hastings, LLP and served as in-house counsel at Coventry Real Estate Advisors. Most recently, Ms. Virelli was of counsel to a boutique New Jersey real estate law firm.
