Allison Bendele

Commercial Real Estate and Transactional Focus

Allison Bendele focuses her practice on complex commercial real estate matters and has particular expertise in sale-leaseback transactions, with substantial experience involving industrial assets. She represents clients in acquisitions and dispositions, including large portfolio and single-asset transactions, commercial leasing, and debt and equity financings. Allison regularly advises on structuring and entity formation and provides counsel across the investment life cycle, from diligence and closing through asset management and disposition.

In-House and Industry Experience

Prior to joining Federman Steifman LLP, Ms. Bendele served as Associate Director, Legal at AIC Industrial, where she oversaw and executed real estate transactions and portfolio matters across the company’s national platform, partnering closely with business stakeholders on all phases of investment management.

Allison is admitted to practice law in Texas. She earned her BA from Texas State University and her JD from The University of Texas School of Law.
