Real Estate Diligence and Transaction Support
Mona Weiss is a licensed attorney (inactive) serving in the capacity as a Executive Diligence Analyst in the New York office of Federman Steifman LLP. Ms. Weiss focuses primarily upon management and analysis of general due diligence matters in connection with acquisitions, financings and developments of real property, which includes review of title reports, surveys, environmental reports, zoning reports, and other similar reports and information, as applicable. Ms. Weiss routinely prepares amendments to real property encumbrances such as declarations, covenants, and restrictions, and handles the coordination of estoppels in connection with such agreements.
Prior Legal and Paralegal Experience
Prior to joining Federman Steifman LLP, Ms. Weiss was a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with the law firm of Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP in their Greenville, South Carolina office. Before relocating to Greenville, South Carolina, Ms. Weiss practiced transactional real estate law in South Florida where she primarily handled closings and title work in connection with real property acquisitions and financings.
